Lo primero es lo primero:
Ud. necesita gnupg o cualquier otro software compatible con PGP para usar ésto.
Sólo lo ayudaré con gnupg, ya que no conozco otro... 

1) Guarde key.txt en su máquina
2) Importe ésta llave a su lista de llaves:
